Kalimera Mare Hotel will apply the following measures for every client and every member of the staff to remain healthy during the current crisis. The measures follow the standards of the European Union.
“Kalimera Mare” Hotel has signed a contract with a well-informed/trained doctor about issues of Covid19.
Moreover, our hotel will obtain a certificate of operation before the day of opening from a reliable source.
During the arrival at “Kalimera Mare” – Check-in:
- Special equipment (medical kit), such as surgical mask, disposable gloves, alcohol-based hand rub will be available in the Reception Desk.
- The duration between check-in and check-out will be longer.
- Check-in will be possible to take place in an open space.
- The entrance to anyone who is not staying in the hotel will be strictly forbidden.
Measures about cleaning, disinfection, housekeeping:
- Extended cleaning in all the common areas and in every object that can be verified as a source of bacteria.
- Cleaning of the rooms will not take place daily, instead the room will be clened every two days, in order that the staff maintains a minimum contact with the quests. However, after guest’s request, the care of the room will be daily.
- Doors and windows will be opened daily in order for the fresh air to enter every closed space.
- Each room will have individual sanitary ware, such as antiseptic liquids.
Measures in Restaurant and Common areas:
- All the rules of proper hygiene will be followed by the staff.
- Use of alcohol-based hand rub before entering and exiting a room.
- Frequent wash of tablecloths, forks, knives, etc., in high temperatures and use of disposable towels.
- Tables will maintain a distance of at least 2 m between each other.
- Strict schedule about the attendance of the guests will be applied.
- Room service in special cases will be available, at no extra cost.
- The staff of room service will maintain a safe distance from the guests.
- Breakfast and dinner will be served by our staff.
Public areas (open-closed)
- All the customers will keep their safety distance in all common areas.
- Antiseptics will be available in all common areas for better hand cleaning.
- Public areas will be continuously cleaned with great care.
